Adams Coach limousine and Limo Coach Service Terms and Conditions

• Hourly Rates
  Sedan rates of travel in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at $40.00 per hour, 1.5 hour minimum, billed from the time the driver leaves the Adams Coach facility until the time he returns.
  Fractions of an hour are charged at a half-hour rate.
• Methods of Payment
  We accept cash and all major credit cards, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover cards.
• 
  Waiting Time
  Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time on departures.
  After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure.
  Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly.
  
  
• No-show Fee
  a no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying Adams Coach.
  
  
• Cancellations
  Round Trips must be canceled as two separate reservations.
  A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost will be charged for any cancellation made less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup time.
  
  
• Surcharges
  there is a $20.00 surcharge for service scheduled between midnight and 6:00 am.
  There is a $25.00 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and after 5:00 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
  All out-of-pocket charges, including two way tolls parking, will be billed to customers.
  All rates exclude 20% chauffeur's gratuity.
  
  
• Additional Stops
  Stops on route are charged at $7.00 per five (5) minute increments.
  Stops off route revert to the hourly rates as noted above.
